Agreement of Terms and Conditions Between The Sovereign Way, a trade name of Sovereign Solutions LLC, (Referred to as “Service Provider”, "we", "us" in further text) And You, the user of our sites and services.(Referred to as “Client” in further text)

We provide non-profit and for-profit religious services promoting education and development in spiritual gifts and understanding.

This Agreement is made on engagement between “Client”, and Sovereign Solutions, “Service Provider”, functioning in the capacity of an Independent Contractor, for Education Services to be rendered by Service Provider for Client.

 

The purpose of this Agreement is to clarify services provided by Service Provider for Client.

Group resources:

 

• Community religious services online and on-location. 

• Community education programs to support Client to develop mental and vibrational mastery. Core focus is ascension of consciousness, cognitive-somatic integration and sovereignty.

• Community group consulting meetings via video software.

• Follow-up by email support and group support to assist Client with any questions/issues.

• Access to Online Training Portals, video courses, meditations and written materials.

 

Private resources:

 

• Private consulting and spiritual direction in a 1-2-1 setting with licensed and ordained ministers. These services are not to be construed as professional mental health counseling and are not to substitute appropriate licensed counseling services. 

• Private spiritual healing and prayer with certified ordained spiritual healers. These services are not to be construed as medical healing and are not to substitute appropriate licensed medical or therapeutic services.

 

Client Responsibility in Education Programs

 

As with any agreement, there are risks involved. 

 

Individual results will always vary and depend entirely on the your capacity. Work ethic, existing life mastery skills, level of motivation, the state of the collective consciousness, and various other factors may influence your results.

 

With some Clients results can arrive substantially sooner. You understands that it takes presence, perseverance, patience and a reasonable amount of practice to attain desired results.

 

After the term of any program of education is complete, you understands access to restricted services may be withdrawn.

 

You agree that we are not liable to the you in any way for the your results in using the products and services provided by the Service Provider.

 

You will put forth reasonable effort to achieve the action items you set for yourself with us as your Service Provider. 

 

Terms of Exchange

 

You hereby ratify your understanding that all services provided are non-refundable and waive any rights to charge-back your purchase with your credit card processor. Client and Service Provider are in agreement that circumstances or conditions sometimes arise that warrant or necessitate termination of the Client-Service Provider working relationship. 

 

If you are on a payment plan and you fault on monthly installment at any point of the agreement, you forfeits your access to any training, coaching, collateral, or further assets associated with Sovereign Solutions LLC, our Website or Groups , and will be required to re-invest the total amount of current program pricing if you chooses to re-participate in the program.  

 

In view of this possibility, both Client and Service Provider agree that should the relationship terminate, it will be done so in an amicable fashion, maintaining a sovereign attitude of poise, cooperation and professional demeanor, with respect for the reputation and dignity of the other party. 

 

If notice of termination is given by either Client or Service Provider, no new work shall be initiated, but any work previously authorized by Client up to the point of receipt by Service Provider or Client of termination notice shall be completed.

Refund Policy, & Guarantee

 

We do not offer refunds except at our discretion and all sales are final. Client understands and acknowledges that there are no refunds and no guarantee of results. You also understand and acknowledges that should a dispute be filed this document acts as proof of services provided and negates any attempt to dispute.

 

Release of Liability

 

Sovereign Solutions LLC, our Website or Groups and any material access through us does not offer medical, legal or other professional advice. All information is intended for religious educational purposes only. 

 

In consideration of your participation in any program, you, your heirs, legates, assigns, agents, officers, directors, shareholders and coworkers hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Sovereign Solutions LLC, heirs, assign, agents, officers, directions, and shareholders, assistant instructors, experts, and teachers, from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your participation in this agreement.

 

Legal Venue

 

Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be litigated or arbitrated in the state of Florida. This agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

 

Client Requirements

 

The Client is of legal age, competence, and intends to be legally bound by this agreement. 

 

By participating on our Website or Groups or any non-profit or for-profit service, you agree: 

 

I have read this document. I understand that results are not guaranteed, as with anything in life. I understand that client results mentioned are not necessarily typical, and that MY results depend 100% on me and the depth of my commitment. I understand that there are no refunds, nor would I ever require one, for I am fully committed to achieving my goals and I am an unstoppable sovereign master under the Grace of God.
